REMER has been producing ropes since 1927 with unwavering determination and professionalism. This long-standing experience makes REMER a reliable, skilled and competitive steel wire rope manufacturer.
Our know-how is the result of hard work and continuous improvement in the production carried out entirely within our facility in San Benedetto del Tronto.
Every production stage (drawing, stranding and closing) is carried out internally at REMER according to EN 12385, ensuring control, superior quality of our ropes and great flexibility. In fact, REMER offers a very wide range of products in terms of diameter (from 1.6 mm to 76 mm), construction, tensile strength class, galvanization and lubrication.
All ropes are delivered with an EN 10204-3.1 certificate of conformity following internal testing in our laboratory, where chemical, mechanical and breaking tests are performed. Upon request, ropes are inspected by third-party bodies to verify the actual breaking load (breaking test on our internal test bench) and product compliance.
Thanks to direct contact with our customers, in-depth knowledge of applications and production efficiency, REMER meets customer needs with a complete service that includes consultancy for selecting the right product, production of the entirely MADE IN ITALY steel wire rope, certification service (internal or via third party), and delivery both nationally and internationally. Our products are supplied in coils or wooden reels, in standard lengths or in customer-specified lengths.
